§1 Applicability and Definition on Terms

(1) The following terms apply for all deliveries from us to a consumer in the very form valid at the time of ordering.
Consumer is each natural person who enters a contract with a goal, which primarily is neither related to their employer's nor their own business purposes (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Saving of Contract Text

(3) The presentation of goods in our shop is not legally binding offer on our part, just a non-binding request to order from us. By actually ordering, the customer submits a legally binding offer for a contract of purchase.

(4) To receive an offer the following rules apply. The consumer submits a binding offer by following all the steps as foreseen in our internet shop: The stops for an order are as follows:

1) Select the desired product and quantity; depending on the product, there may be additional steps:

1b) Select specific colours
2) Click the button "Add to Cart"
2a) Tailor-made pieces require you to enter eight personal measurements to guarantee optimal fit. In case of any questions or unclear instructions, don't hesitate to call us for clarification.
2b) Click the button "Add to Cart"
3) A cart icon in the upper right corner will indicate the number of items select. Click on it to check its contents. You may review and alter the details.
4) Click "Checkout" to go for the payment information.
5) Register your personal, payment and shipment information, click "Continue".
6) On the last page, re-check all your data for correctess.
7) Submit a legally binding order by clicking "Submit"
Before submitting a legally binding order, the consumer may step back any time by using the web browser's "Back" button. You may review and correct the information entered so far. You may interrupt the whole ordering procedure any time by closing the web browser window. We will immediately acknowledge the reception of your order by an automatically generated e-mail labelled "order confirmation". This is our legally binding acceptance of your offer.

(5) Saving the contract text for orders from our internet shop: The order confirmation e-mail contains all the order details and the terms and conditions at the time of the order. You can review the terms and conditions any time by visiting http://pelz-nikolaidis.de/terms For security reasons, your order information is not available on the web.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices given contain all legally required taxes and any other components. In addition to that, there may be shipping costs.

(2) The consumere may pay using

§4 Shipping

(1) Unless noted otherwise, all articles are available for immediate shipment. All wares will be shipped within 5 days.

Notable exception:

The tailor-made pieces. All materials are available, but depending on the season, the actual work may take between 3..6 weeks.

In case of advance payment, the due date for shipment starts one day after initiating the payment with the funding bank. In all other cases, the due date for shipment starts the day after closing the purchase contract. If the due date is Saturday, Sunday or another legal holiday, the due date shall be the next working day.

(2) The risk of loss or damage of the sold goods is taken on by the seller until the good is handed over to the customer.

§5 Conditional Sale

We reserve the property rights on the goods sold until we receive the complete payment for it.

§6 Right of Revocation

Right of revocation for customers who are consumers.

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revocate this contract within 14 days without giving any specific reasons.

The period for revocation is 14 days, starting with the day when you - or a third party entitled by you, who is not the carrier - received the goods.

— by giving an unambigous statement (e.g. sent as a letter by mail, by telefax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the form given below, but you are not obliged to.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to redeem you all payments we received from you, including shipping cost (except for additional cost caused by your request for a non-standard, more expensive type of delivery than the default delivery we normally provide), immediately - latest within 14 days - of actually receiving your request of revocation. For the back-payment, we shall use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, except there is an explicit agreement between us to do otherwise; in no case the back-payment will incur extra cost for you.

We are entitled to retain the back-payment until we actually received the returned goods or you provided evidence that the goods have been shipped, whatever is is the earlier event.

You have to return the goods immediately - latest within 14 days - of submitting your request of revocation to us Either you hand over the goods or you send them. The due date is fulfilled if you provably shipped the goods.

The cost of return shipment is on you.
